How we process orders

  • Walk-in CLIENTS

    1. Design discussion & order confirmation.

    2. Measurements will be taken by designer.

    3. 50 % upfront payment is required and
estimated collection date provided

  • Outstation Clients

    1. Discussion via WhatsApp chat / phone call / video call & order confirmation.

    2. Client sends measurement via WhatsApp (guideline provided). OR client courier us a perfectly fitted sample.

    3. 50 % upfront payment is required. Upon completion, the costumes will be couriered to Client
